Good stable build? Additional cooling needed?

Is this a good stable build? Does it require additional fans/ cooling?

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270x 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
Case:Cooler Master HAF XM - High Air Flow Mid Tower Computer Case
Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHDS118-04 DVD/CD Drive

Its a great build:)  Do you plan on overclocking? if so you'll need a better cpu cooler.

I can't oc that current CPU, so I think the stock one should suffice? But if I do upgrade my CPU and plan on overclocking, i'll certainly remember to get a CPU cooler ! :D 

So, with the CPU question sorted, I should be completely fine from overheating issues with the included fans :) ?
and all the parts should work as intended?
