Is this a good stable build? Does it require additional fans/ cooling?

I can't oc that current CPU, so I think the stock one should suffice? But if I do upgrade my CPU and plan on overclocking, i'll certainly remember to get a CPU cooler ! :D

So, with the CPU question sorted, I should be completely fine from overheating issues with the included fans :)?
and all the parts should work as intended?
