Hello, my name is Emre and I just got a new internet connection(fiber

My problem is that my laptop (Asus A75DE-TY026V), doesn't gets the full download speed, but is getting the full upload speed.
Funny fact/comparison(actually I am crying about this): My dad's ageing HP Probook(Firstgen Intel Centrino) does the full 100/100!
I have already reinstalled drivers, booted into Ubuntu, and even reinstalled windows.
Does anyone know wat the problem could be?
