Ok so I recently built a new PC consisting of the following parts:
ASRock Z87 OC Formula Mobo
i7-4770k
320 GB Samsung SSD
1TB WD HDD
ADATA 16GB 2300 Memory
EVGA 80 plus gold 1000 Watt Modular PSU
(2) EVGA GTX660's
XSPC full water cooling system With Bitfenix Fan Control
Windows 8.1 64bit

Its it hard wired to my router and up until the other day it ran fine with Zero issues. Now onto the problem.

So I was loading into World of Warcraft the other morning and at the loading screen all of a sudden the entire screen went into this crazy color and froze. Then the Monitor (Asus) shut off and the PC no longer recognized the monitor. Nothing I could do would get the monitor back on.

I ended up pulling out the graphics cards and unplugging everything and putting it back together. The PC then came back up and the Monitor works again, but now when it first starts up, the mouse will freeze and then work and freeze for about 20 seconds all together and then everything seems to work fine. The computer just seems to not be as strong and now whenever I try to shut the pc down or restart it, it just freezes at the shut down window and I have to manually hold down the button to turn it off.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance

Solution
Test your graphics cards individually (each one by itself). One of them might be flaky. If just one shows problems, that's probably it. If both work, OR both show problems, then try removing all the nVidia drivers, rebooting, then installing the latest drivers from nVidia.com. I would do that with just a single card installed. Make sure that one works, then add the second one for SLI.
