I got a memory stick for Christmas just gone and I've got all my photos and such on it. It was fine until a couple months back and now it just comes up with 'unknown device' for no reason. It's saying 'One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it."
It comes up with a USB Root Hub (10 ports) then comes up with nine unused ports and then one says "unknown device" I double click on it and it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I look on change settings but it really doesn't help and also it says about updating the driver but when I do it says it's got the most updated driver on it?
