What is the recommended power supply for these parts?

These are the parts for my PC build:

AMD FX 8350 @ 4.0GHz
ASUS M5A99FX PRO
KINGSTON HYPER X BLU 1600MHz 8GB (2X4GB
SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
AMD RADEON R9 270X Asus
LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD WRITER
TP LINK TL WN881ND

Please may you tell me how many watts are needed also what is the cheapest power supply to meet the demand.

~450W - 500W is recommended. Your options start from ~30 USD with PSU's like Antec VP-450 or EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR... i mean there might be cheaper but quality will drop significantly.
