Here is a bit of the selection you got
Fraps - very responsive!,very popular!
Bandicam - very customizable you can change codec and sizes to fit the load!
Shadowplay-Very well configured as it is by nvidia...for nvidia
RadeonPro - Close to shadowplay but is the AMD alternative

I wouldn't suggest fraps. It's cpu based and causes quite a fps drop. It only records 30secs and has a watermark unless you pay. There are plenty of unlimited free gpu based recorders; xpsplit, dxtory, msi ab, ffsplit, etc. Pretty much no one uses fraps anymore unless you're stuck in the past.

Obs is pretty much the best for streaming.

I have an NVIDIA GPU, and the ShadowPlay exclusive works WAY better than FRAPS imo. I would suggest you go with a Nvidia Card if you are going to go for it, but AMD cards are also good for their price.
