Is this card compatible?

Solution
I would go for a Corsair PSU, they are generally reliable. For your build, I would recommend a 600w+ PSU, but I'm not an expert. Corsair offer 650w, 750w and 850w PSUs, although I think a 600w would fufill your needs. Look around on the Corsair website. Also, you need to consider whether you want a modular PSU (You can take out each cable from the PSU) or non-modular (All the cables are fixed into the PSU).

That motherboard will be compatible with your card, but be careful, your card needs 8 pin + 6 pin connectors, so check your PSU to see if you have those. You can see here the maximum wattage of the 770 is 246W, so use an online calculator to help you with that (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/geforce-gtx-770-gk104-review,review-32698-25.html). Yes, the card will work with OpenGL.

I don't know if this would be asking to much, but I am stumped on what power supply to get I have that card, mother board, a i5 4690k, and a case with fans that needs a total of 100 watts. What wattage do I need?

I have ever the basically planned, I would like at least the equivalent of that processor and gpu but budget is under 1600$. I am not sure what power supply I need. Just need to know the wattage and do they come with all the needed cords? I might overclock the CPU later on, not the graphics card though, I would just upgrade it.

How would it being modular help? Just to tidy up so you don't have extra cords?

Exactly. It improves aesthetics, and supposedly improves airflow as it removes unnecessary obstructions.
