How to get rid of the confirmation dialog when running program from server?

Whenever a user tries to run a program stored on the server from a desktop shortcut, they are given this annoying screen. How can I turn it off?

Talk to your ISD department, or whoever is actually hosting the server. They're the ones that set it up that way, so they would be the ones that (if they're willing) can remove it.
