AMD CPU overheats with ITX case

I am new here and really need some help. I just built an HTPC, here are the parts I used:

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157464
CPU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0095VPBFY/ref=oh_details_o02_s02_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001H0BA24/ref=oh_details_o02_s02_i02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Then I also have 8 GB of Corsair RAM, a 2TB WD HDD a Blu-Ray drive and 1 80mm chassis fan.

I can leave the case open with no fan and the computer does fine. I put the case on with the fan blowing out and it overheats in about 4 hours. I have the HDD in the drive bay, will putting this on the side mounting brackets help air flow/overheating? Is there any other heat sink I can get that is better AND will fit in this tiny case? Or if, i leave the HDD in the drive bay and get a second fan blowing in to create an In-Out air flow help? What is the best option without buying a new case?

Please help, thanks in advance.

Recent AMD CPUs are known for running hot. From looking at some images of your case, it seems that the way the case is configured, a CPU cooler that blows upward (like the stock AMD coolers) doesn't have enough room to move the hot air away from the CPU. However, your case does seem to have ample side ventilation, so I would suggest a cooler that blows parallel to the motherboard.

One like the one in the link may work, but make sure you compare measurements before buying it.

That's a really good idea, however my mobo only supports FM2+ / FM2 sockets, and this looks like its for AMD Socket AM3. Given the case, the CPU sits right under the PSU so there is not a lot of space, but the CPU dimensions are 3.4 x 2.4 x 4.4 inches. I'm assuming thats with the heat sink and fan. I have a little bit of room before it hits the bottom of the PSU bay. So I guess if there is one of these with the right socket and about 4.5" tall it would work.

Can you tell by looking at my case/mobo that this will be compatible? Will it cool it enough? Also will moving the HDD to the side mounting bracket really help?
