Can I play GTA 4 on my pc?
My pc specs:-
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo e4300 @ 1.8 ghz
Ram: 2 GB DDR2
Video Card: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset (128 MB, Onboard)

I am sorry, but no. Simply because you have a dual core CPU with probably one of the worst intergrated graphics that have 128 MB onboard and the gta 4 will run smoothly on a 512 MB GPU ( Alsmost imposible to be played ). Your PC is outdated by years so ask your parents if you can get a new one.

As pointed out by Yoann Teodosieff, it's simply not possible with a build like that, and upgrading that PC is pointless; You're going to need a completely new PC.
