What will this computer be used for? If it's a gaming system, I'd say it's a bit unbalanced. Not enough spent on GPU in comparison to other parts.

Yeah, the 750w is extreme overkill, as the 750 Ti can't be SLI'd, and you're only looking at about 175w at full draw.

Drop to a 4460, H97 Pro4 board, no CPU cooler, and use that money to get a GTX 760 or R9 280.

Here's what I'd recommend. Assuming that the system you originally posted is your max budget, I would make the following changes in order to upgrade that graphics card. The GPU is the most important part of the system for gaming. Assuming you are running one 1080p monitor, and wanting to play today's newest titles on ultra, I'd recommend at least getting a gtx 770 or R9 280x.

In order to achieve that, I would downgrade a few things

-Get a 550-600W psu. Make sure it is from a good maker. Use this thread to help you find a good PSU. Very important, do not go cheap on the PSU.

-I'd downgrade to a less expensive motherboard. Something like an Asrock Z97 Extreme3 for example: http://prodimex.ch/pInfos.aspx?CODE=F03F10&D=ASROCK+Z97...

-I would even consider dropping the SSD in order to upgrade the GPU. The ssd doesn't help fps at all, it just helps load times. So from a strictly gaming standpoint, it makes more sense to invest the money in a GPU if on a tight budget.

-I would also consider getting a non-k cpu with a H97 motherboard to bring costs down, the GPU is that important.

I see you have downgraded the cpu to the non-k version, but you still have a Z97 motherboard. If you know you aren't going to overclock, consider this motherboard: http://prodimex.ch/pInfos.aspx?CODE=F20E16&D=ASROCK+Fat...(+Intel+H97+-+Socket+1150+)+

Note that you wouldn't be able to put two nVidia graphics cards in SLI with that motherboard, so if that's a consideration, this isn't the right board.
