DRAM light on crosshair v formula motherboard

okay, i had bought a machine which was built, it was working fine but the fans seemed to be very loud so i took the whole machine apart to try and do cable management now when i boot the computer the cpu light glows, then DRAM then CPU and then DRAM stays on.

OK here is how it is set up: the thing that controls the memory (memory controller) is located inside the CPU. Then the motherboard connects the ram modules to the CPU. Basic lesson done. trouble shooting time.

Are both ram modules plugged in all the way? Both clips, top and bottom, should be full "UP" locking te modules in there slots.
IF so Try to remove just one and try to boot. If no boot move the 1 ram module to each slot testing each time.
Now do the same with the other module.
If you still cant boot, If possible try putting your ram in a different machine to test it. It can be a friends, family's any one you can use as long as it is a desktop. Laptop ram is different. If the ram tests good then it is either CPU or...

i have tried all of that nearly, do you know if my cpu was damaged would that cause the dram light to show up, and i just mover the ram and now the dram light is blinking?
