Do i need to add things such as Case Fans? Also, will this pc be able to run games like battlefield on ultra settings at decent fps? Thanks

just 1 case fan would work, you just need it so the parts other than the CPU won't overheat like the graphics card.
and they're not even that expensive

More than 1 fan is neded for positive airflow.
Good looking AMD build , will run Battlefield no problem with DECENT FPS.
