My pc wont recignize any audio device

hey guys, just finished building my pc and everything works fine except for my auido, my pc wont reckignize my headset earphones or any other means of hearing audio, is there some kind of audio driver i have to download or something? not sure wat to do please help

Probably. The audio device that your headphones or speakers plug in to need a driver. Assuming you're using your motherboard's onboard audio hardware (rather than a separate sound card that you installed), you can probably find the driver on your motherboard manufacturer's product page.

yes i am using the onboard hardware i thought it would automaticlly come with that kind of stuff installed but i guess not ill go look for it now and get back to you on how it works out
