Hello everyone! I am new to this site, though it's helped me many times to see other people's questions answered. That being said, I'll be here more often, as I will have more questions over time. I just built my first rig, and am eager to learn more about PC tuning. Thanks in advance for being helpful as I've seen so many people on here be. You guys rock.
Anywho, here's my question:
I want to replace the fans on my Corsair Hydro Series h100i with red led fans (they are 120mm). Do I need some kind of special fan for the radiator? or would these work?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181054
(FYI I have the radiator mounted to the top of my Rosewill Thor V2 ATX Full tower case.)
If not, perhaps someone could tell me what fans I should get? (remember I want red LED's =P)
Also, configuration. I've read they should be configured as intake. I've also seen some people say a push-pull config would be better, as there are 2 fans on the radiator. Push-pull seems like it would be better, but then again I'm still new at this. Which would be more effective at keeping the system cool?
Thanks again!
