The best spec PC available for £400 or less, able to run Day Z well etc..
No need for monitor, mouse or keyboard. The case of the desktop can be as ugly as hell, the cheaper the better but without losing quality and performance.

Do you have a current pc?
If so list specs.
Sometimes when budget is the issue upgrading rather than starting from scratch is the best option as you can get a proper graphics solution that way.
I need to know your mobo and power supply and ram thats it. You can just reuse an old dvd drive to save the cash for something else. From there I can suggest your best possible route to take.
