FPS Drops in Every Single Game

Hello. A few weeks ago my computer stopped working. Took it to the store, got all of its parts changed (Except the graphic card, which I bought about two years ago) and got it all cleaned up. I was so excited because now I had more RAM, a way better processor, etc. But, instead of being able of playing games I couldn't even install before, now I can't even play games I could run smoothly before. Normally they start just fine, always around 60 fps. Then, after 6-7 minutes they drop to 5-10. After a while, they come back to 60. It makes playing online really hard. Also, it's annoying as hell.

I DO have checked my CPU/GPU temperatures. They are normal. It cannot be overheating, specially since, as I stated before, the computer was cleaned shortly ago.

All my drivers are up to date. I play at 1440x900, my screen's native resolution. My specs are the following (feel free to ask any info you might find useful):

OS -> Windows 7
Processor -> Intel Core 2 Quad Core Q6600
RAM -> 4GB
Graphic Card -> GeForce GT 440

Edit: I forgot to say, I occasionally get 100% CPU usage too, wheter I'm playing or not.

Sorry about my English, and thanks for taking time to answer.

I believe I don't know how to do that. Do I have to go to BIOS Settings when I start up the computer? What am I exactly looking for there?.
