is a r9 290 worth water cooling

I am looking at getting this r9 290 card and i can't decide if i should get a water cooling system to go with it. Is the water cooling worth it or should my 4 fans slapped on the case be sufficient?

The r9 290 tend to run at a little high temps, and if you would like to have a quiet pc then go with with water cooling, but bare in mind that it can be very expensive and if you do it wrong you'll flood your pc. I personally would go with a air cooling solution. The quietest and coolest is the sapphire Tri-x I think.
