Possible Bottleneck? Phenom II X4 820 and a Radeon HD 7970

Recently upgraded from a 260X to the 7970, and was wondering if the "weak" Phenom II 820 would bottleneck my new GPU.

Currently rocking:
AMD Phenom II X4 820
Foxconn A78AX 3.0 AM3 Motherboard
4x2GB Elpida 1333MHz RAM
Sapphire DualX Radeon HD 7970 3GB
Dual Seagate 7200rpm 500GB HDDs.

If you see a bottleneck, feel free to tell me!

no......... i had some of those early 6cores/similar tom 980. go for the newer stuff. if you want a 6 core the 6300 or the 8320/50. don't waste your time on the rest. just a thought.

Was thinking about getting a FX-6300 for an upgrade in due time.

Yeah, the AM3 socket got replaced rather quickly, though a X6 1100T is only a bit lesser than the 6300...
Think a X4 980 would be a good upgrade or just go on to the AM3+ series?
