Honestly I don't know of a single laptop in that price point that can do that unless you are going to install optifine and lower the graphics settings in Minecraft. And DayZ is still getting optimized and worked on so I don't know how much the end result will need. I hope someone else will have a better answer.
My current laptop ran minecraft at about 35fps for 350$ until it broke down, and this came out in about 2011. Maybe my expectations for the progession of technology is a bit of an overestimation, but maybe there's something for about 400$ that can run minecraft at about 40fps?
The OP is asking for 50+ fps, which I said is possible if they install optifine and run at lower settings. 40 fps is not 50 fps, not to sound mean. And there possibly are some out there in the price range that can run Minecraft decent, but what about other games such as DayZ? And that is also why I said that I hoped someone else will have a better answer.
