Are you overclocking your Graphics Card? If so, decrease your overclock and make sure to check your cards temperature while it is under load. I have received the exact same error as you before, and usually if I make sure my overclock for my graphics card is reasonable while making sure it is staying cool, I have been able to fix it before. If that does not work, make sure you have the most up to date AMD Catalyst drivers.
