Graphic Card image scaling Screen blackout?

Hello, I just got the sapphire 7770 vapor x graphic's card and clicked "image scaling" on my AMD vga controls on the AMD control center screen. I got screen blackout--so now I can only access my desktop through safe mode and of course my amd driver does not show up to unclick "image scaling" because I'm in safe mode. Does anyone know a solution?? Yes I'm getting a HDMI cable soon.

I going to pull the card and uninstall the driver and start over---see if that works?

Did not work-nothing on the internet about-amazingly enough--who knows--maybe its my window's desktop problem etc.--?

Its a "right click" fix on the desktop-----etc.--if you can't get a right click on the desktop--maybe a bigger processor or better internet connection would help----I took mine in to the shop etc.---
