Windows won't start after HD 4000 driver update

So I decided to upgrade my HD 4000 with the latest driver and now my computer won't boot. It already did a launch up repair which ended up failing. Now it's doing another but this time it says it's checking the disk which it didn't do before.

What should I do if it doesn't fix it?
