Hello,

The wireless adapter requires a PCI Express x1 slot. The issue is, is that the GPU will block the only PCI Express x1 slot on the motherboard. I was wondering if the wireless adapter will work as intended in a PCI Express x16 slot?

**Motherboard** | [Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a99fxpr...)

**Wireless Network Adapter** | [TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-c...)

**Video Card** | [Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB Dual-X Video Card](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100365...)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Yes, it should. If it isn't too close, use the black x4 lane PCIe X16 slot.
