Is my psu good enough

Solution
Your psu should be fine. A common misconception is the amount of power a pc actually uses. Of course it's never good to cheap out on a psu due to the role it has in powering your rig. I suggest watching a guy on YouTube who's channel is named "jays two cents". He has a video about how much power pc's actually use. Just check it out if you need any further clarification!

The Antec NeoPower 650 Blue is rated as a 650W PSU with three +12V rails, each capped at 19A. The total current rating for all three +12V rails is 52A.

nvidia recommends a minimum PSU of 600W for a GTX 770. The GTX 770 requires a total current ampere rating of 20A and two supplementary PCIe power connectors -- one 8-pin (or 6+2-pin) and one 6-pin (or 6+2-pin). The Antec NeoPower 650 Blue PSU has two PCIe power connectors -- one (6+2)-pin and one 6-pin. According to this, all requirements are satisfied so the PSU should handle the graphics card without issues.

Having said that, the Antec NeoPower 650 Blue is a decent power supply, but I would not rate it very reliably.

i built my current system in 2008 or 09 so this thing has been running 24/7 for the last 5 or so years. I would say mine has been somewhat reliable. I think i will try it and if it does not work i will get another. Thanks for the advice guys

Tanamien, Blackbird brought up a great point (we meet again, Blackbird. I actually have a question I really, really need help with). Sometimes there are compatibility issues beyond the psu rating. This goes for gpu, psu, mobo, Cpu, etc. The power rating is sufficient, though. Just not compatible according to the source blackbird found.
