I have a toshiba Satellite that won't let me in. There are three accounts on it and if I try to get into any of them a notification pops up saying "This copy of windows must be activated with microsoft before you can log on. Do you want to activate windows now?" So if I say yes then it starts to log in but will always stop and freeze and I won't be able to do anything, even turn it off without unplugging it and if I say no then it will take me to the previous screen.

Solution
The laptop has either a set of discs that contain the OS, drivers, even a system image; or there is a HDD partition (usually called Restore) that has all that. Make sure you backup all the files you can't afford to lose, then consult the laptop's documentation about how to restore it to factory settings.

If any of this still doesn't ring a bell, I strongly suggest you take it to a PC repair shop and let them do the fixing for you.
