I currently have a 250 GB SSD and there are several big games I plan to play repeatedly that take up more space than that (and I've deleted everything that I can), so I'm looking for advice to see if I should upgrade to a 500GB SSD or use my 5TB 7200 RPM drive for some of those large games. Examples of some of those games would be Titanfall, Guild Wars 2, and FFXIV.

use your HDD. The only thing a SSD speeds up is load times. It won't increase FPS or performance - just loading the game and levels.

You could add another SSD, and install the games on it rather than going through the trouble of upgrading the existing SSD.
