hello there Sumit here... I'm facing strange problem here... Recently i Bought AMD A10 6800k APU and i'm facing Over heating issue... processer heats up 90c in ideal stage... when i used it for games or anything else it heats up to 109c... temperatures are as per HW Moniter...

Previously i was using AMD A4 4000 with 400W VIP SMPS... now i changed my smps and bought Antec VP550W smps stil processer is heating... shopkeeper says your smps having Voltage drop issue bt iss work perfect on my friends pc... plz help me out...

My Pc Config...

Pc Case - Antec X1
PSU - Antec VP550 W
Motherboard - GA-F2A55M-DS2
Processer - AMD A10 6800k
Ram - Kingston HyperX Blue 4GB

when you got the new processor did you clean off the heatsink? or did you put too much thermal compound? or none at all? honestly i dont believe its a power supply issue thats causing the heat.

Improper heatsink installation would be the culprit here.
