Here are my specs:

AMD Athlon X4 760K CPU
Radeon R7 260x GPU
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 mobo
Corsair CX430 430w PSU
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) RAM

This build is nearly a year old, I was playing Counter-Strike GO and it black screened, mouse and keyboard were unresponsive, and the fans stopped spinning, but the power stayed on, as indicated by a light on the front of the case. I turned everything off and tried to power up again, but only the PSU seems to be working, everything else is not. It's pretty hot in the area around my computer, I'm wondering if I fried my board or anything else due to overheating. Everything is correctly plugged into the board.

EDIT: My DVD player is working, so maybe it's not the board?

I think your PSU or the motherboard is the culprit. Try to test both the components separately.

Hi, my HP desktop just done the same thing.
comes on but no picture, mouse, kb, nothing !
I have had problems here and there with it just shutting down for no reason, but then would work fine.
I cant even hole the power button down for 3 sec and get it to turn off, so every time I try it and it will not come on, I have to pull the plug to make it go off!
please help!
anyone!
