actually the 280 would require a 750watt power supply and i would recommend to go with a 80+ bronze

We need your CPU, and what you plan to do with your build. Maybe it's for more than just gaming, and you need more CPU power?
Who knows. You need to tell us for us to help you.

Well, since the FX 4130 is a AM3+ socket CPU, you should be able to get away without having to upgrade the motherboard, as long as it's in good condition. (It should be, as it's made by ASUS.)

Features a beastly GPU, a CPU upgrade, a nice CPU cooler, and a new higher quality Power Supply.

There is no need to replace that CX 600. It isn't the greatest, but it is adequate for their build. Motherboard model will be on the motherboard itself. I think Asus tends to put it somewhere near the PCI-E slots. Need to know what it is first. If it is a micro atx board, then chances are high it will not support an FX 8320, and would be limited to an FX 6300 at best.
