Could some one recommend a cooling system for my whole build, and guess how many fps I may get.

I am building a gaming PC, and I want to know if the cooling I have will do? If so thats good, if not could some one put together a cooling system for me? I don't care if its water or air as long as its not CRAZY expensive. Also I need to know about how many fps I will get on minecraft with fraps running.

Thanks!

Here is my build

As a build, that looks good. For cooling, it all depends on what clock speeds you want to reach and what your budget it. "not CRAZY expensive" isn't enough detail.

I don't plan to overclock at all, and budget is about $150 if I even need a cooling system.

You don't need a cooling system, then. The stock Intel cooler that come's with the CPU will be fine.
