So as the summer heat begins to build up it's putting a ton of strain on my CPU and it's running into some overheating issues which is effecting my FPS while gaming. During gaming it gets to around 60-70C which is way to high from what I've read, what Cooling system upgrades would be best with these specs(I've already cleaned it out with compressed air so it's not dust, and the stock cooling fan is fairly small as well it didn't come with thermal paste)

-Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
-Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB)
-AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity 3.4GHz Socket FM2 100W
-SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card
-MSI FM2-A55M-E33 FM2 AMD A55 (Hudson D2) HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
-Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM
-Cooler Master i500 - 500W Power Supply

Solution

Definitely read that FAQ above. Most programs can't read it right.

Regardless, the heat sink that ships with that CPU is one of the crappiest ever.

This T4 is inexpensive and will be overkill cooling. It even has a clip mount to make for easy installation on AMD.

I will change my cpu heat gauges over to the ones in the FAQ tomorrow and re test it seeing I've been using HWMonitor, if it's still running that high than I'll upgrade my cooling, and yea the stock fan is horrendous.
