I have an Asrock 880ghx/usb3 mb with radeon 4250 onboard video... I have had it hooked to the tv and flatscreen monitor since I built it 3 mo. ago... A few days ago I went to stream some video to the tv and no output a/v.. Catalyst and Windows both recognize both monitors correctly but no output to tv... help///

Did you try a different HDMI cable, or different HDMI port, or perhaps a different monitor or TV completely? There are many troubleshooting steps you need to take to rule out certain devices.
