Advice on High End Ultra 1080p gaming PC

Honestly, I don't think that is a very high end build. As in you will be lucky if you get more than 15 FPS with Crysis 3 on low. If you want a truly high end PC, you could try something based off of mine: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Arcturus314/saved/Nmgbt6

Just replace the graphics cards with a 290x or 780 / ti and you will be set for 1080p on ultra. That is still a bit much for only 1080p though, as an i5 and single 280x or 770 would be best. Just my recommendation.

Well I judged by your English and thought your from India or similar countries and don't know any better. I'm an Indian so I hear stuff like this. "....and much appreciate[d]".

If that was intentional (which it wasn't) then this would be a good troll.
