I want to upgrade my PC but I've never done this before i have a ASUS M11BB( motherboard) with a AMD A10-6700 APU Processor, no dedicated graphics card, 12GB of RAM, a Power Supply of between 300-400W cant remember exactly. If you could tell me or point me in the right direction to make this a half decent gaming PC please tell me what new parts ill need to get

Should be able to run modern games around med- high settings. It will be a huge upgrade from your APU's igpu.

You would need a PSU upgrade because it's likely that your PSU won't be able to handle this graphics card upgrade.
