Hello everyone i am looking into getting my first gaming pc soon, and i am looking for something that can run Skyrim with a lot of mods, also something that will be able to run next gen games at max or close to max settings. my budget is from $700 to $900

I am thinking of getting this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/srPzFT

If anyone can suggest how to improve this build or offer another build it would be great. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.(!! Monitor does not include budget!!)

Yes it should be able to run that game easy also i noticed that you did include in your question that you don't need to use the budget for a monitor although the 270X is great for 1080P if you can pump that up to a 280X you will be better off.
