Help on Customizing New Gaming PC

I am currently planning to buy a new PC for gaming. I have at least 2-2 options for each component. Can anyone help me to decide the best one ?

Motherboard: I have no idea about good motherboard, I have budget of $100 for it, any suggestions ? with PSU of around $80 ?

HDD: Best one around $50 ? 2TB or 1TB with SSD (Which one is better?)

Cabinet Cooling: Is it really necessary ? If so, I won't spend more than $50 on it. Suggestions ?
I think I didn't missed anything. I already have gaming mouse and keyboard and 24" 1080p Monitor so just the CPU I am buying.

I just want to be sure that which one is best before spending like $1000.

the lga 1155 is cheaper so if youre on a budget go with the 3570k

go with the red one more overclockable and the dual-channel is by far better

if you are on a budget the elite 431 BUT the HAF 912 is the best case for the money the airflow is amazing and you shoud definitely get it

if you arent overclocking you wont be needing cooling

amazing motherboard problem is that it isnt very overclockable if you are going to do it if you want to get the max overclock get a Z87 but the B85 is amazing aswell if you are not planning an overclock get it
