R9 270x will the better performer among R9 270, R7 260x, GTX 750 Ti & GTX 750.

Sapphire Dual-X R9 270/270x will be the best among these. Sapphire is the largest manufacturer of AMD cards and their Dual-X cooler do its job very well in keeping the card run cool & quiet also at a reasonable price.

GTX 750 Ti is better performer than R7 260x & GTX 750 but slower than R9 270/270x and is also very energy efficient.

The GTX 750 Ti only consumes around 60W power at peak loud, much less than the R7 260x which consumes around 110-120W.

400W power supply is sufficient for GTX 750 Ti.

The best edition will be Gigabyte Windforce GTX 750 Ti, requires a 6-Pin PCIe connector so has greater overclocking potential.

If overclocking is not the concern then better stick with EVGA or MSI edition of GTX 750 Ti, whichever is cheap

Yes, you can use 300W Power Supply for 750 Ti, which power supply do you have ?

The best edition will be Gigabyte Windforce GTX 750 Ti, requires a 6-Pin PCIe connector so has greater overclocking potential.

If overclocking is not the concern then better stick with EVGA or MSI edition of GTX 750 Ti, whichever is cheap

PS→ With 300W power supply, MSI or EVGA is the way to go since a 300W power supply won't be having a 6-Pin PCIe cable for Gigabyte 750 Ti

Get the Gigabyte R9 270 even the Non-X version might as well be the X version 2 6 pin PCI-E etc... and it has TDP more like the X version and can OC quite a bit...the sapphire is overrated....

and no I would not use a 300w psu...the 270 is a 150w card.....the X version is even a little higher under load.

R9 270/270x will need a 500W PSU.

You can use 4pin molex to 6pin PCIe converter for Gigabyte 750 Ti with your 300W PSU if it's a decent one http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/pcie6.jpg , but that's it, dont use it with R9 270 with 300W PSU
