gpu vga port not working

i bouth a GT630 GPU a few months ago however suddenly one day i open my pc and the VGA port just stoped working.
when i try to check the issue by using the motherboard VGA port in the device manger it says that the pc cannot identify the VGA port of the GPU card and ask if i want to install it when i do it says i need a cd or a software to install.

thanks for any assistance and sorry for my band english.

1). Recheck the mobo n cable for any loose connection.
2). Try reinstall gpu driver.
3).Try another port viz., DP port, DVI or hdmi port.( required seperate ports cable base on your monitor connector eg. DP to DP, HDMI TO DVI etc).
If it didn't work out then consult a tech wizard
