My GPU is basically a GTX 680. I'm getting an average of around 15 frames in that game. From what I've been reading about the game. Fully maxed at 1080p, I should see no less than 30 frames. What's the problem?

Out of curiosity, do you have ubersampling turned on as part of your "fully maxed" settings? If you do, turn it off; it cripples performance (to round about 15-20 FPS level), and is only really recommended for extreme SLI or Crossfire setups.

Nice graphics card by the way ;)

According to all the reviews I've seen. I should be getting around 30 frames with ubersampling on. And around 60 with it off. Pretty much every benchmark shows this.

I agree your current FPS are a little low, even with ubersampling on, but what FPS are you getting with ubersampling off? Knowing that will help with determining the issue at hand. Also, could you list the rest of your specs (to help eliminate the possibility of a bottleneck or the like)?

One more question while I'm at it; does your 670 FTW perform as expected in other games and/or benchmarks?

It's seems to be working now. I don't know what happened. But now I see between 30-40 frames with ubersampling on.Maybe my computer was just having a bad day.

It was me, I err... I made it work! Yeah, definitely! :D  ;)

Seriously though, I'm very pleased it's working for you now; it's always good when a problem sorts itself out. Hopefully it continues to perform well from now on, but if you have issues again just head back to Tom's Hardware and ask for assistance; there are some remarkably knowledgeable people on here, and if you can find the right one, you should be able to get help with just about any issue.
