How to Screw in Compression Fittings: Am I doing this right?

Alright, so this is the 2nd time my loop has leaked. I have determined the cause to be that the compression fittings unscrew over time because my tubing twists slightly, and thus the fittings untwist. Is there some sort of tape or something which i can use to make sure the fittings screw in? Is there something I am doing wrong? Should I just cut longer sections of tubing to make sure they don't twist at all (They only twist maybe 150 degrees at most!)? I am a total noob, so maybe I completely screwed up or something, since leakage seems to be very rare and compression fittings are apparently the safest fittings around.

Solution
It sounds more so like an overall build problem. I would recommend watching all of the videos from this guy on water cooling. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGtZiPQ8z8w they use more of a acrylic style to their builds like I currently do, but I think that it may help you as far as placement goes for stuff in your case etc... as well as some help on compression fittings.

Can you take a picture? So i can see where things like your pump and res are? Also if you think that you can't get them tight enough by hand, take a wrench and use some type of tape like electrical tape, or duke tape and put that over the wrench so you don't scratch the fittings at all.

Well, here is a pic of the entire case: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m1wq9b2zsuqksnp/photo%205.jpg
I would have more pics, but I took most of my loop apart after the leak. I will try to get some pics of the remaining portion in a little bit, however.

Where the compression fitting meets the socket, and yes, perfectly sure.
