It's one of the OEM only 8XXX series cards.

To the OP, if you're looking for a direct replacement, your old card is a 35W card based on the Caicos chip; the "new" version of that card is the Radeon R5 230, which is based around the Caicos XT, and is again a 35W part. I presume you're not planning to do any gaming with the card?

Much better and still low power would be gtx 750 or especially 750ti. But costs more

If I don't look at reviews, for gtx, I tend towards Asus.

As long as it fits the case and the power supply is strong enough (450W)
