Remote Desktop can't connect to remote desktop

When I type the IP Address, and clicked Connect, The error message appears, Here's a Windows Style:

Anyone has a fix?

Has the remote desktop connection been enabled from the client side?
Is the remote desktop connectivity port open?
Check windows firewall or other firewall settings and open port to allow a passthrough.
Also check and see if the router configuration are proper to allow incoming RDP connections.
