Can you guys have a look at my build? Is there anything incompatible/to be improved? As much as possible, if there are improvements, I want it to be near the total price of my build (35,574 PHP)

Nice build without nice GPU. Pl buy minimum R9 270x or 750Ti or 760 for this build.

Are not their any more options for RAM. Why not 2x4GB 1600MHz 1.5v RAM kit?

You don't need 700W PSU here. You'll be much better off with 620W 80+ Bronze Seasonic/XFX PSU.

I think changing my GPU to 270x would raise the price significantly, and I have tried to search for that PSU in philippines but none of it is available. What specific ram would you recommend?
