Hello,

I'm getting a new PC and I decided to buy a monitor as well. I will use it mostly for gaming and also a bit for CAD.

cpu: amd FX 8200
motherboard: gigagyte 970A-UD3P
memory: kingston hypex X fury 8gb
power supply: XFX 550W TS series
case: Zalman Z3 plus
hard drive for storage : 1TB barracuda
graphics card: Radeon 6870 (from my old PC, I plan to upgrade in upcoming future)

My budget is 1000-1100 kn (I live in Croatia) and I would like to buy form these sites:
1. http://www.adm.hr/index.php?cPath=258_259
2. http://www.edigital.hr/IT/Monitor-c1067.html (sorry for Croatian)

I was recommended this model, no idea if it is any good but it's in my price range: http://www.edigital.hr/Monitor/BenQ_GW2320_(169)_LED_monitor-p53599.html

edit: Also these: http://www.adm.hr/product_info.php?cPath=258_259_226&products_id=14414 or http://www.adm.hr/product_info.php?cPath=258_259_186&products_id=13745

Thank you in advance!

With Benq, you are not making a mistake on any part. People do sometimes have bad products and therefore will put down the product, though do not let this discourage your decision. Benq offer greats prices on their products as well as the quality also, if you like the Benq, get it, a great choice of monitor.

i'd recommend against the benq... every benq i've had, has look really washed out, to most other monitors.
out of the ones you linked, i'd go for the samsung

Hm, thank you for your reply. Yeah, it caught my eye because it had good reviews (especially value for money). I'm afraid I can't add any extra funds because I've spent most of it on PC components.

It's about 1000-1100 kn (Croatian currency). Unfortunately I don't think that's in my budget plus my current graphics card (radeon 6870) won't be able to run games (I think). I'm kinda leaning towards that benq but I would like to know am I making a mistake :)
