I asked a question the other day but I don't have much time to work on building my comp before needing to go to bed after work, but now with the weekend I can keep going.

The parts in question are;

Mobo: Fatal1ty H97 Performance
PSU: Coolermaster 700W Thunder
GPU: GTX 780ti Windforce

Layout of the mobo from the manual:

I currently have 2 6x2 cables plugged into the GPU and the 8 cable in the top of the Mobo, but the Mobo has a 4 pin molex port for power to the PCI-E slots and I don't think I have the right lead for it, if I don't have anything else plugged into the PCI-E slots except for the GPU which has it's own power supply, do I need to have the power for the slots as well?

Thanks.

The additional motherboard power to the PCI slots is needed when you use more than one graphics card. With just one graphics card the two 6-pins power to the card is fine.
