Hello

First of all here are my computer specs

Motherboard: M5A97, AM3+, AMD 970, DDR3, ATX
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955BE
GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6770, 1GB GDDR5
Hard drive: Western Digital 1TB Caviar Green, 3.5''
RAM: 2x Kingston 4GB, DDR3 1333MHz, CL9
Power: XFX 550W Core Edition, 80+ Bronze

My problem started innocently enough with a bluescreen few weeks back. At the time I didn't think that it was going to be a big deal. But sadly I was wrong... I got another bluescreen and then another one... First crash happened while playing BF4, second when playing BF:H and third after I ran Memtest86+ to see if the problem was with my RAM. When I ran memtest it only took around 7 minutes for it to find errors. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img834/9458/oz7g.jpg

So I came to the conclusion that the problem is indeed my RAM, but I'd like to know if anyone here disagrees and thinks that it might be something else, before I start sending parts back to the store (I still have few months of warranty left on most of my parts)

Here is some info from the last two bluescreens

I can also email the minidumb or upload it to somewhere if someone wants to investigate it more thoroughly. Hopefully someone can make sense of this.

bluescreen can be caused by a lot of things like corrupt registy, driver failure, bad ram,bad hdd etc.in ur case might be the ram.

STOP CODE 0x000050 caused by ntoskernl.exe .

It could be RAM related, clearly, since it failed MEMtest. But it could ALSO be the BIOS needing Updates or the motherboard chipset driver needing an update, badly. Unfortunately though the former being true would just make you lucky. what the 0x0000050 stop code means is usally defective hardware (Bad RAM is my guess..)

the other stop code is 0x000001a also caused by the same thing (ntsokrnl.exe)
is also a BAD RAM configuration, could be hardware, could be in the wrong slots. Refer to the manual for which slots the motherboard prefers. Try the updates i mentioned, they can all be found at your MOTHERBOARD MANUFACTURER WEBSITE, as is this the only place you should seek these downloads (BIOS and CHIPSET). if that doesnt help, consider purchasing NEW RAM.

GOOD LUCK! keep us posted

run windows updates, run safe mode, run memetest again (ONE RAM STICK AT A TIME) and run CCleaner for the registry, also uninstall unneeded programs. somethings making windows pretty unhappy (if it isnt hardware)

Well they should be on the right slots and they have been for the past 3 years, without problems. I also posted on BF4 forum since it first happened while playing it, Someone there told me that CPU tempature might also be the cause. (It was running pretty hot when memtest started to report problems and every time my computer bluescreened) After that I cleaned my PC with compressed air, and the tempature went down around 10-15C, and while the case was open I also moved both RAMsticks to different slots.

I'll run memtest later tonight, I'll post about it here afterwards.

Edit. Oh and I'm actually in a fortunate situation where I still have 3 months warranty left on most parts and a lifetime warranty on RAM. I just need to find the faulty part, so I know what to send back.

If it only happens when its really hot, it could be the memory controller on the CPU itself, try lowering voltages, or incraesing cooling to see if that remedies any problems. Also def test the RAM once or twice more to be sure, and again, with only one stick of RAM inserted at a time.

I increased my CPU fan speed after cleaning my computer, now it is running on 40-50C depending on the load. Before it went up to 68C+. I was thinking about leaving my computer on for the night running the memtest, with both sticks on but on different slots. If that gives errors, I'll remove one of them and test again.

As well as RAM being the issue it looks more like a driver issue.

Your Page Table Entry count has fallen below zero which usually happens due to a driver calling the MmUnlockPages functions more than once in a linked list.

But wait to see about your RAM first.

Yeah, I was told before that might be the issue too. I might just reinstall windows 7 if the memorytest goes without problems.
