can i run watch dogs on my laptop

Solution
To be brutally honest, it will not run well at all, and will be unplayable. My laptop has a i7 4700MQ, 8GB RAM, and a GT 745M, which is more powerful than your laptop, and i only manage ~25-30fps on low settings.

Your processor is an ultra low power version, which means that is it considerably less powerful than a full version.

The reason why the game stops loading at 70% is probably because you run out of RAM. Watch Dogs was using 3,2GB of RAM last i checked on my desktop PC, and you only have 4GB total. Windows will usually be using about 2-2.5GB of RAM by itself.

The minimum RAM requirement for Watch Dogs is 6GB for a reason. Its so that you will not run out of RAM.

Probably all because the specs cannot handle it, it would explain why it crashes. Consider a new laptop/PC if you want to play
