I'll use Scan-UK -- not sure if they ship to the Nederlands but they include VAT in their prices. You may want to check Amazon-UK and Aria PC for prices, too.
AMD FX 8320 Black Edition Vishera: £107.80 Inc VAT
Asus M5A97 R2.0 AM3+: £64.76 Inc VAT
The FX 6300 Black Edition is £82.36 Inc VAT if you are building a gaming rig.
Do you have any parts ... a graphics card or maybe an OS or cabinet -- a monitor, KB/M, etc ... that you may use or is this a complete with everything build ??

With the FX-6300 & Asus M5A97 (not LE) that's £357 Inc VAT, or around €457.
Here are the cabinets from Scan-UK for you to peruse. It will likely be less expensive for you to purchase one locally to avoid high shipping charges. I kinda like the Sharkoon VS3-V Red ATX Mid Tower at £26.40 Inc VAT (front USB3 with 120mm red LED fan, side venting) but your choice is more of a personal preference.
That will leave you a little cash left-over for your optical, aftermarket cooling for your CPU, and another case fan if you wish.
That's a nice rig --- the XFX HD7870 DD should OC nicely and perform like the new R9 270X (which is about £30 more expensive)
