Is this a good PC?

I was originally going to get a pc with i54670k, gtx 760, and 8gb ram then i wanted a ps4 so i needed a cheaper Pc are these specs good?
FX 6300, hd 7850, 8gb ram
i want to play Total war, Command and conquer,Battlefield 4 and arma 3 and a few indie games

take a look for a moment at the battlefield 4 benchmarks

you need to list if you need a copy of the os or if you have some pc parts laying around that you could use (a spare hard drive for example).

also list if you need peripherals.

if you need an OS, a monitor and all peripherals... you arent going to be able to play bf4 very well as the budget just is not large enough to get anything other than low end equipment which is going to struggle heavily with newer games.

if you need an OS then the best you're going to get on bf4 is low or medium and i cannot guarantee framerates.

if you do not need an os (or if you have salvageable parts) and dont need a monitor and peripherals then you may get into solid medium or high and generally make the game fairly playable.

at 1080p. if you run the game at a lesser resolution you will get better performance but it wont look as nice on your screen. of course if you have a lower than 1080p screen

i have a monitor kind of old though
i also have a spare copy of windows 7 ultimate
i can also easily buy the mouse and keyboard for around $10
